Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His brown fur is unkempt and raggedy. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Cloud is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Cloud was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Doctor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: He dresses like a well dressed Courier does. His blonde hair and beard is wavy and long. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and balancing his hectic life and new courier responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He hates Gnomes with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He is a Slaad in disguise. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and a strong sense of loyalty to gnomish people

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.
