Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Conrad was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Conrad was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. History: Born in the north to a Baker, Oppleby learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He became a Baker soon after.
