History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. At a young age his father died while driving off some illithids. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in spear use. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Elven people; and a deep hatred of illithids

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his kukri, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Balam was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Balam's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Soapmaker and was forced into it by his family; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His lavender fur, when down, is lengthy. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: He got into the Merchant business at a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has worked as a Merchant like his mother before him.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new merchant responsibilities is difficult
