He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 40. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He uses divination through singing.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He is a Lycanthrope in disguise. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and revenge

Description: He stands about 6'6" and wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His yellow fur, when down, is lengthy. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Ethereal is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ethereal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Edge has worked very hard to control his curse. He has never given up on his poetry dream.
