Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Cloud was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Gifted from a young age, Zephan studied abroad. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a tan cloak and cross-gartered grey stockings. His yellow fur is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. His fierce yellow eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he desires power and/or immortality
