Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. He has dyed his greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting drow, the young Veit began to lead the lost caravan. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and retire the richest man in the south

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking eastern young adult. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Born in the east to a Masseuse, Charles learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Masseuse.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: He wears a tattered pair of loose violet pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs, and carries ceremonial daggers. With bright white hair and a scraggly beard. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. Jocelyn is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: He wears a pastel vest and prefers brown and black shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'0" when asserting himself. He has dyed his greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. After a long history of fighting, Ozyman and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Halfling compassion.

History: Burgell was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Burgell alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he wants revenge against brigands
