Personality: Conrad hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Conrad was born with his mother's beautiful face. History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Jocelyn and his spouse have recently divorced.
