History: He was born in the east. Kipper was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Shipwright. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and to clean up the streets

He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He bought a club and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
