History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Paelias grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has achieved small success as a Ruler.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 38. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has taken up work as a Guard and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.
