History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Rûg has worked very hard to control his curse. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born to a Cartwright, his father struggled to pay the bills. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Layabout.
