Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Adventurer and was forced into it by his family; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: The light-skinned man stands 3'4" and tends to wear a large grey jacket. His hair is white, silky, and of moderate length. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: This northern man wears an entirely white suit with pastel socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His clothes are grease stained in places. His hair is golden, silky, and of moderate length. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized grey coat. He has dyed his greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Miller but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has worked as a Miller like his mother before him.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'5" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized blue coat. His purple hair, when down, is lengthy. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep silver.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Marbas was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
