He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Gifted from a young age, Hamil studied abroad. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
