Description: 5'0" and muscular, this western man wears a brown coat over a blue low-cut shirt, and a wide-brimmed hat upon his head. His head has been shaved. His blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. The war was a terrible time for him, and Aelar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Aelar reached his early adolescence his Half-Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: He dresses in black turtlenecks beneath a blue coat with brown slacks, and carries rapiers. He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. His half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He is a Miller first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Gifted from a young age, Ar-Pratu studied abroad. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Ar-Pratu alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with brown lining and desert motifs, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'0" when asserting himself. His red hair and beard is wavy and long. His eyes are green and beady.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: With grey face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he dresses well, wearing black shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His chestnut hair is braided into rings. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Ernest lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Ernest was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Ernest's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
