History: Gifted from a young age, Norkruuth studied abroad. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears tattered old clothes. He has styled his silver hair well, parting it to the right. This black eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Barakas grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Barakas. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Reynard is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
