History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Jak lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He found a children's book about a Halfling Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He tends to his Barrister job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Thervan lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: Miles is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
