History: Born to a Bookbinder, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bather hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has achieved small success as a Bather.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he feels kind of lost in life

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Alex was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Pûgrish will drive conversation. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Pûgrish was born with his father's beautiful face. A freak accident while working with his Blacksmith father left him crippled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
