History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Through the years after Oskar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Oskar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
