Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents enrolled him in a Commoner school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. Being a Fletcher kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
