History: Charles lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Unemployed for the past few years.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His first spouse was a Cook, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He carries with him a set of monstrous two handed axes, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His black hair is heavily combed to the left. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Cimer hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. Cimer is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has never given up on his singing dream.
