History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ethereal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His childhood dream was to be a Mayor, but he was a colossal failure. He struck the Barrister job and began his own company from there.

He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bookbinder for hire.
