Description: This southern man wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His clothes are grease stained in places. His golden hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Wrenn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This late middle aged man wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a hand crossbow on his belt and is in decent physical shape. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his silver eyes.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Marbas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. He wears his brown hair up in a very large beehive style do. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Randal was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he is greedy
