Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Fax alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Being a Mayor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. This search led him directly into Crown-heir work with an outfit from a few towns over. Crown-heir work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Crown-heir for hire.
