Personality: Paelias speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
