Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born into a rich family. Through the years after Jade was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Jade's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tabaxis.

History: Elegant lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Apothecary work with an outfit from a few towns over. Apothecary work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and retire the richest man in the west

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears professional attire. His fur is orange and very short. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Leaf embodies much of what other species detest in the Tabaxis. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
