History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. A true patriot, William would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Marshal but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Ploughman mother left him crippled. After months of barely getting by, Ûgakûga managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and he's in love
