History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. During his travels, Lucan and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Lucan discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Lucan fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has money and likes to spend it
