History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Richard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Now he works as a dancing tutor during his time off.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Mantus was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His tied-back hair is blonde. His blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Adventurer mother left him crippled. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Dwarven people; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
