Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright green and pastel, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His red hair is heavily combed to the right. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Hubert was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Farmer mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Spice Merchant.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end his boredom

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He's also a talented Butcher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to protect his home

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
