History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Arnold was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. History: Born in the east to a Barber, Shivering learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Shivering was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Barber. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shivering fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Manfred lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Manfred was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
