History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Rael was born with his father's beautiful face. Through the years after Rael was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Rael's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
