This search led him directly into Sellsword work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sellsword work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has achieved small success as a Sellsword.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
