History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He is mildly Halfling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Layabout born in the past three hundred years. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Cockaby hails from a village terrorized by brigands. A gifted student he started as a Miner, but he got bored and became a Layabout. He struck the Layabout job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 74. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
