Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Rhogar grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by lycanthropy.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered dire rats who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.
