History: Fulbar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shepherd. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
