Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gifted student he started as a Roofer, but he got bored and became a Junk Dealer. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and expand his business

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is an amazing painter.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: He wears a blue vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His tan leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his blue boots flare out at the collars. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Alexandre alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Being a Mercenary kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He has a missing right leg. He dresses in green turtlenecks beneath a red coat with violet slacks. His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gold.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Sammal was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it.
