Description: He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest, and he perpetually has his axe ready. His hair is dark red, silky, and of moderate length. His gold eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the north were limited. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Barakas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He wears his blonde hair up. His hazel eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He enjoys reading and quiet.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears bulky white painted plate armor. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He wears his silver hair up in a very large beehive style do. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.
Personality: Dworic is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Dworic grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Dworic. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he feels kind of lost in life

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He tends to his Fortune-teller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and regain custody of his son

Description: This tall, slender man is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. His fur is orange and curly. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
