His hair is long and golden with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born in a small plains village. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Howard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He bought a kukri and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Arumawann embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he's repulsed by the pc
