His mother taught him the rudiments of the Herbalist arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Theren was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
