Description: He dresses well, wearing black shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'5" when asserting himself. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has hazel eyes.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Jabbie took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor he uses now. He bought a quarterstaff and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Mindartis will drive conversation. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Mindartis has worked very hard to control his curse. He has never given up on his dancing dream.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he is content

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His green crest is drawn into a tight pony tail with a rose scrunchie. He has red eyes and a black hat with a brown feather.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Dazzazn isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dragonborn unity. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Dazzazn hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He carries a battered mace and tarnished longbow as well. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy red hair. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. When Naill reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His black hair has been sun bleached extensively. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep white.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Cressel is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Cressel was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and wants to work out more often
