Description: Standing 6'5", this man wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He has styled his scarlet crest well, parting it to the right. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Rhogar is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Rhogar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills.
