Personality: He hates Gnomes with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Kipper was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor.
