History: Shadow lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: The child of a Marshal, who enjoyed hunting, Barfa was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears long strands of topaz and short blue dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. His ears are large.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Mayor born in the past three hundred years. The war was a terrible time for him, and Percival does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He struck the Mayor job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'6" when asserting himself. His copper crest is braided into rings. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Rathkran was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he wants to get laid
