When his father died while fighting giants, the young Alberich began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Gilbert was born the youngest of three triplets. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Banker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Shipwright, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Adelard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Adelard. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Baker but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Tethren was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.
