Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Paggen was born with his father's beautiful face. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
