History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Salasar was a troubled youth. History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. After a long history of fighting, Nuraval and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has decided he is irredeemable

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
