Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Kelter was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: He stands about 3'3" and wears red robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a bastard sword, but if one is not available he will default to his sickle. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born in the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and to protect his home

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a tan coat over a green low-cut shirt, and a Stetson hat upon his head, and is pretty ugly. His auburn hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His eyes are a pleasant violet.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Slave Trader for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He is dressed in a clean tan cloak covering his clean studded leather. His red hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tharivol grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Junk Dealer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and many illithids want him driven away

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He has the majority of his body covered in plate. His chestnut hair is thinning but still full. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Broce embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Fletcher business.

History: He was born in the west. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he's attracted to the pc
