History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bidreked was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and revenge

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Gifted from a young age, Frederick studied abroad. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Frederick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Gunter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gifted student he started as a Carpenter, but he got bored and became a Mercenary. After a long history of fighting, Gunter and his spouse have recently divorced.
