History: Rael was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He struck the Layabout job and began his own company from there.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. Dadalan enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
