Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing tan cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His gray fur is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes are likewise yellow. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Spy arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears dark leathers with embroidery. His gray fur, when down, is lengthy. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Smoking was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Through the years after Smoking was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Smoking's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing brown cape and mantle trimmed with soft black waves gently in the breeze. His auburn hair is matted, messy, and big. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.
Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Takra was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Takra decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His red hair has been sun bleached extensively. His eyes are violet.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and wants to raise his children well
