History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Frug was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is an amazing painter.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, River was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born in the east to a Dilettante, Aldous learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Dilettante for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Dilettante responsibilities is difficult.
